Welcome to the Birchfield Nursery website.

For the past 20 years we have endeavoured to grow quality Nursery Stock for our Wholesale, Retail, and Retailing Customers. Without their support we would not have succeeded. Family and staff have also played an enormous part in the building and operation of the Nursery - a big thank you to all of you.

Our approach as growers is to choose suppliers who can guarantee consistent stocks of high quality young plants and then grow them on to a finished plant that we would ourselves be pleased to purchase. We use an absolute minimum, usually zero, amount of chemical sprays in the belief that a plant with a naturally strong immune system will establish itself better in its final planting place. It would appear that our customers agree with us!
